According to Edmon Marukyan, President of the “Center for Strategic Litigation” HR NGO the latest judgment of the European Court of Human Rights regarding former captive Arthur Badalyan held in Azerbaijan, could be effectively applied by our other Armenian colleges while presenting the cases of our other Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan at the ECHR.
