Այսօր հայ իրավաբանների ջանքերով համընդհանուր արդարադատության սկզբունքներով առաջնորդնելով 226 էջանոց փաստարկված դիմում է ներկայացվել Գերմանիայի Դաշնության գլխավոր դատախազին՝ Ադրբեջանական բարձրաստիճան անձնաց քրեական հետապնդման ենթարկում նպատակով՝ 2020 թվականի 44 օրյա պատերազմի ժամանակ թույլ տրված ռազմական հանցագործությունների համար։
